How to enable/disable Cookies
HTTP Cookies, sometimes known as Web Cookies or just Cookies, are parcels of text sent by a server to a web browser and then sent back unchanged by the browser each time it accesses that server. Cookies, in themselves, are generally harmless and are actually required for using certain functions of a website (for better & fast performance of the page). In case, if your browser doesn't support Cookies then kindly select your respective web browser and follow the following steps to enable the Cookies on your web browser.
Internet Explorer 9.0

Click on the gear-wheel icon at the top right of the browser window.

Select "Internet Options", to open the Internet Options dialog box.

Change to the "Privacy" tab.

You now have two options depending on how much you want to restrict cookies:

(A) Automatic cookie handling

Set the slider to "Medium".
